November 1-30, 2026 Help Decorate the World Tree of Hope at Grace Cathedral -- Volunteer Sign-Up
The World Tree of Hope is the world’s largest origami holiday tree, adorned with over 17,000 hand-folded origami cranes and stars, each inscribed with wishes for the world's future. The Tree symbolizes global unity and hope and promotes peace, love, and humanitarian action. http://www.worldtreeofhope.org/
Tasks include preparing origami and decorating the tree branches (folding, wiring, sorting, and ironing). No special skills are needed. You don't need to know how to fold origami to help.
